Shower Lathe

Now that the shower pan cement has dried it is time to seal the seams between the cement board (we put plastic up behind the cement board in case water gets through, but we sealed the seams as well). Next, we put up lathe in preparation of the first coat of cement.

Next will be the can walls, then the first layer of cement on the walls, possibly a second layer of cement, then lime plaster tinted with an admixture for color.
