8,064 pounds of cement wasted

After passing our final inspection and getting a call from our contractor telling us that we would have our official certificate of occupancy the next morning, we get a call from the inspectors boss telling us he wouldn't give us the c/o without a floor in the greenhouse hallway. Even though we explained that we are just trying to get our c/o so we can be done with the  contractors and comply with our 2 year temporary permit to live in the RV and that we are planning to put a floor in later, he still said we have to have a floor.  We were able to work out to put in patio stones. So I laid 448 patio stones over 2 days - each stone hand carried and put on place - since it's temporary we didn't worry too much about the stones being level.

At least with the patio stones we can take them up relatively easily when it comes time and can reuse them somewhere else.
