It appears that groundwater is infiltrating our cooling tubes. I suspect that we got the tubes too close to the underground spring feeding our well. When it rains, the cooling tubes pour.
Guess we will be trying to seal up the holes we drilled in the tubes to drain condensation and installing some drains running out of the front of the tubes through the front of the house. We will also install a gravel filled ditch along the north side of the berm to drain the water off so it hopefully doesn't collect around/in the tubes.
