Plate Compactor

This will be handy when back filling behind the tires and under the cisterns. We're also going to compact beneath the first row of tires. We want to make sure everything is perfect for the first inspection -- since permitting had been a hassle and now we're supposed to check in every couple of weeks.

We tried to find a used compactor around, but no luck. So we bought one new from Harbour Freight. Thank you Harbour Freight for selling cheap (I mean reasonably priced) equipment.
