Well . . . We have a well

Once the land clearing was completed we were able to have the well company come out to drill the well.

I know, I know, I know, an Earthship is supposed to catch water from the sky. Well, we plan to catch rainwater but there is no reason not to have a backup water supply. Also, the well will provide the water we need for the concrete we will be making the cisterns out of; otherwise we would have to truck water in.
